What it is
Dermal fillers, often referred to as injectable implants, soft tissue fillers, or wrinkle fillers, are medical device implants approved by the FDA for use in helping to create a smoother and/or fuller appearance in the face. They can be used to treat nasolabial folds, cheeks, and lips and for increasing the volume of the back of the hand.
These fillers are injected directly into the skin to help fill in facial wrinkles, restoring a smoother appearance. Most of these wrinkle fillers are temporary because they are eventually absorbed by the body.

Juvéderm® Voluma® XC
